HACCP refresher (General)
What is the course about?
The program comprises nationally recognised competencies and includes a review of the 7 principles, 12 steps and 10 aspects of GMP/GHP with practical examples across a variety of food sectors to assist in application and understanding. AUS-MEAT’S HACCP Refresher training has been developed to meet the training requirements for Woolworths, Coles and HARPS.
What do I do if I need to cancel my booking?
Please contact AUS-MEAT immediately to avoid any cancellation fees. Full payment is required no later than 5 days prior to the commencement of training. A 50% cancellation fee will apply on cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to commencement of training.
NO refunds are given for cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the commencement of training. Any transfers between courses will incur a $100 fee on each instance.

English is not my first language! Will I have problems?
All AUS-MEAT training courses are presented in English. A sound understanding of the English language is required. All workbooks and assessments are conducted in English. If required, the use of dictionaries or tablets are acceptable.

How will you be assessed?
During your enrolment, you will be required to complete both theory and practical assessments. These will assess your knowledge of the 7 HACCP Principles as well as your practical ability to be able to review the HACCP plan. The practical may be conducted in your own workplace or a simulated workplace environment. You will have 3mths to complete these and submit your amended HACCP report.
Issue of Certificates
At the successful completion of this course participants will be issued with a Certificate of competence.
No, you do not need to bring anything as this is all self-paced online learning.
Entry Requirements
Principles and Application of HACCP Units:
- FBPFSY3002 Participate in a HACCP team
- FBPFSY5001 Develop a HACCP-based food safety plan
